JOB SUMMARY: CRC has an immediate need for Senior Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) Analysts to assist the DIA Intelligence Integration Center's staff in analytical process assessments with the goal of improving the quality, timeliness, and availability of intelligence products supporting DoD policy maker priorities and achieving DIA strategic goals.
Analysts will deliver services to 1 of 4 Intelligence Integration Centers: Middle East/Africa Regional Center (MARC); Europe/Eurasia Regional Center (EERC); Asia Pacific regional Center (APRC); Americas Regional Center (AMRC)
DESCRIPTION:
Produce vector map products and conduct network analyst using geo-enabling processes. Populate FISHNet database with network information that meets requirements and DIA data validation criteria for location, function, subordination, and operational status. Perform bulk data uploads and updates of foreign civil telecommunications infrastructure that meets DIA data validation criteria, IDC 203 sourcing cirteria, and avoids duplication/overwriting currently stored data. Identify new data sets, validate the quality and reliability of the data set, format the data set for bulk load, and bulk load the information into MIDB via the Ground Mission Prediction Equations (GMPE) tool
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advise, assist, and support in the research, production, and creation of all-source cyber and telecommunications intelligence analysis on foreign military’s National C4I organizations, systems, processes, and technologies; provides operational C4I and telecommunications intelligence support to both DoD elements
- Provide national level C4I analysis of the organizations, processes, and systems to identify potential vulnerabilities in redundancies, confidentiality, and system integrity.
- Provide nodal analysis of regional C4I networks in support of COCOM requirements.
- Provide support for identifying, locating, and tracking the deployment of mobile signal, Electronic Warfare, and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) units that support joint and/or national C4I functions.
- Provide expert analysis of foreign military C4I exercises by identifying the units, missions, C4I assets, and purpose of the exercise
- Compare and contrast new exercises with previous military C4I exercises.
- TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
- Bachelors/Masters with 8 years of intelligence analysis experience, or specialized training and 10 years of intelligence analysis experience, or equivalent intelligence/academic experience
- Experience working as an all source Analyst at a COCOM Service Intelligence Center, or a national intelligence organization
- C4I analytic experience is highly desired
- Must be able to read open source material that will enable to analyst to determine the subordination of the facility
- Experience in force development or capabilities development writing and presentation
- Experience working as an all source Analyst at a COCOM Service Intelligence Center, or a national intelligence organization
- C4I analytic experience is highly desired
- Additional language capabilities welcome in Persian Farsi, Arabic, Korean, and Pashto. DLPT/ILR score of 2/2 or higher
- Regional experience in target language
