JOB SUMMARY: CRC is in need of an Administrative Specialist 3 at Fort Meade, Maryland to serve our USCYBERCOM customer.
DESCRIPTION: Performs all aspects of administrative and office support activities for the directorates, divisions, and/or branches within USCYBERCOM. Coordinates among organizations for day-to-day operations. Assists with planning and coordinating activities for office relocations and prepares front office materials for relocations. Maintains organization documentation, records, and files in accordance with knowledge management and records management policies and procedures
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clear Resolution Consulting, LLC provides Intelligence Analysis, Business Management, Cyber Operations, Special Operations and Information Technology Consulting Services to the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC) and other Federal Agencies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate staffing actions with the directorates, special staff, and executive aides, as appropriate, in a timely and effective manner, including ensuring that all pertinent staff members are apprised of relevant information.
- Coordinate speaking engagements for Command leadership, including the commander, deputy commander, executive director, chief of staff, and directors as required.
- Leverage communication expertise to solicit, create, and design travel, engagement, visit preparatory materials for the command, including preferred outcomes, key messages, biographies, event atmospherics, and media.
- Initiates action to provide end-user support and performs complex administrative duties
- Contributes to and conducts technical editing of reports and briefs
- Coordinates, plans, and organizes significant and large events, to include obtaining space and necessary materials and equipment
- Coordinates the administrative specialist team
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in office administration
- Minimum of High School Diploma (An Associate’s Degree or higher may be substituted for two (2) years of relevant experience)
- Proficient with MS Office and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and Organizational skills.
- Excellent communications skills
