JOB SUMMARY: CRC has a need for a Senior Intelligence Mission Manager to serve our SOUTHCOM customer in Miami, Florida

DESCRIPTION: Candidate assists Task Lead in providing oversight and management of contract personnel and liaison with government regarding contract oversight. Lead NET Effects and Targeting efforts: create and execute NET internal Effects processes; consult on Effects target preparation materials and assist analysts as they compile decision-ready Effects products. Design NET Effects product line tailored to partner input requirements; obtain NET leaders’ approval of product lines and train analysts to produce, maintain, and present Effects inputs. Create and maintain business process maps, communication structures, coordination procedures, and standards for analyst Basic Target Development and Intermediate Target Development and provide expertise to assist analysts in meeting Effects production requirements. Champion CTN Effects nominations within Headquarters USSOUTHCOM Effects processes and align NET inputs with designated Lines of Effort, Intermediate Military Objectives, and desired Effects pertaining to counterterrorism, counter transnational organized
crime, and counter threat finance, to include but not limited to: financing operations, internal security, organizational construct, personalities, tactics/techniques/procedures, and operational capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare and present decision-ready materials at NET battle rhythm events, such as the Joint Intelligence/ Operations Fusion meeting, White Board sessions, Staff Meetings, etc.
  • Prepare and present NET Effects inputs throughout USSOUTHCOM targeting and effects processes, to include Joint Effects Cell, Joint Effects Working Group, Joint Effects Board, Commander’s Effects Board, along with other Boards, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups (B2C2WGs) when required. Prepare NET leadership for B2C2WG participation relative to
    Effects processes.
  • Review and adjust analyst Electronic Target Folders (ETFs). Serve as primary interface with USSOUTHCOM Effects processes for CTN target nominations. Champion CTN ETFs through Headquarters USSOUTHCOM and external processes, to include Intelligence Community vetting, and coordinate ETFs with other functional and geographic combatant commands when required.
  • Integrate intelligence analysis into NET planning and operational employment. Serve as interface between analysts and operators and planners when required. Assist planners in drafting, editing, and incorporating intelligence analyses in multi-command Action Plans, contingency plans and execution orders.
  • Integrate Law Enforcement, Inter-Agency, and Partner Nation colleagues into intelligence support to targeting processes in support of CTN operations.
  • Prepare and coordinate a range of staff materials to satisfy Joint Staff Action Process (JSAP) taskers and USSOUTHCOM taskers.
  • Participate as Mission Manager in USSOUTHCOM exercises as required.
  • Create Business Process Maps (BPMs) of NET processes as required. Examples include BPM of NET internal and external Effects processes and intra-NET Communication flow processes.
  • Update and maintain BPM products.
  • Coordinate BPM products with NET stakeholders and maintain a record of coordination and approval.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • TS/SCI security clearance and ability to pass a Counterintelligence polygraph 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields of study: Business Management, National Security, Homeland Security, or a National Defense related field.
  • Command and General Staff College or Service Equivalent; Warrant Officer Staff College or Equivalent PME.
  • At least 8 years of experience supporting military intelligence missions
  • At least 5 years of experience directly supporting USSOUTHCOM intelligence missions
  • At least 3 years of experience collaborating with and providing intelligence support to law enforcement agencies within the scope of DoD authorities
  • At least 3 years of experience collaborating and sharing information with Partner Nations in the USSOUTHCOM area of responsibility in line with DoD authorities
  • Experience in providing intelligence support to Joint/Combatant Command military operations
  • Experience in intelligence and planning support to the Joint Targeting cycle at the Combatant Command level; Joint Targeting School preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to apply Intelligence Community Directive 203 Analytic Tradecraft standards to all products
  • Experience with Analyst Notebook, Palantir, and other network analysis tools
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master’s Degree in any of the following fields of study: Management, National Security, Homeland Security, or a National Defense related field.
  • Completion of Service School or IC Agency intelligence analysis training (Professional Military Education (PME) or Joint Professional Military Education (JPME))
  • At least 10 years of experience supporting military intelligence missions
  • At least 5 years of experience directly supporting USSOUTHCOM intelligence missions
  • At least 5 years of experience collaborating with and providing intelligence support to law enforcement agencies within the scope of DoD authorities
  • At least 5 years of experience collaborating and sharing information with Partner Nations in the USSOUTHCOM area of responsibility in line with DoD authorities
  • Experience in providing intelligence support to Joint/Combatant Command military operations
  • Experience in intelligence and planning support to the Joint Targeting cycle at the Combatant Command level; Joint Targeting School preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to apply Intelligence Community Directive 203 Analytic Tradecraft standards to all products
