JOB SUMMARY: CRC has a need for an Engagement Specialist in Alexandria, VA.
DESCRIPTION: The Engagement Specialist shall provide the full range of protocol activities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate US and foreign visits and provide guidance on matters of protocol.
- Develop programs associated with assigned visits and activities.
- Serve as liaison for protocol matters.
- Plan and manage events for visitors.
- Identify information needs of visitors and coordinate presentation materials.
- Develop and customize briefings, audio-visual presentations and other creative means to communicate the mission, capabilities and contributions to national security.
- Assist with strategic review and planning of outreach events.
- Collect, analyze and report data on outreach program.
- Ensure administrative and security procedures are strictly followed in regard to all levels of visits.
- Ensure all official reports, published articles, and technical documents are appropriately edited and formatted prior to release.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph
- An active and current government clearance is required to be considered for this work.
- At least five (5) years of protocol and/or visit engagement experience using SharePoint.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite applications (including but not limited to Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and experience using SharePoint.
