JOB SUMMARY: CRC has a need for a Senior Multimedia Specialist GIS Data Manager to support our NGA client in Springfield, VA.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidate shall design and build web pages from scratch using web-authoring software, graphic design software, and web programming languages (HTML, CSS and JavaScript).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph
- Position Requirement 1: At least 10 years of experience (Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to the support services may count for up to four years of this experience. A Master’s Degree in a field related to the support services may count for up to two additional years of this experience.)
- Position Requirement 2: Knowledge of requirements identification and solutions that comply with NGA standards.
- Position Requirement 3: ADO experience.
- Position Requirement 4: Experience with web-based application development.
- Position Requirement 5: Experience working in a mixed Unix and Windows environment.
- Position Requirement 6: Experience with ESRI products, ArcGIS or ArcObjects.
- Position Requirement 7: Experience with SMS (remote maintenance).
- Position Requirement 8: Experience with ArcGIS Desktop user skills.
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office, SharePoint, HTML DreamWeaver, ColdFusion, and Java Script.
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks, Framemaker).
- Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using web-authoring software, graphic design software, and web programming languages (HTML, CSS and JavaScript).
- Ability to effectively arrange graphics, images, and content into creative, cohesive, functional, and visually-pleasing web pages.
- Experience as a Web Developer—ability to design and build webpages from scratch.
- Experience designing, maintaining , and delivering operations research applications (databases, websites, tools, and products) that were geospatially enabled
- Experience automating tasks to streamline Imagery Analyst and Geospatial Analyst processes
- Experience with cloud (AWS, C2S, etc.) operations
- Expertise in business intelligence/analysis and data services within the IC to include creating Business Analysis tools/visualizations (e.g. dashboards)
- Expertise in GEOINT Finished intelligence products and dissemination processes, GEOINT mission activity and associated data, manpower data, financial data, customer product feedback, appropriate analytic and visualization techniques, data joining, and associated software
- Expertise in consulting with intelligence manager to determine what business questions need to be answered, identifying appropriate data to support desired management processes
- Expertise in presenting processed data, visualizations and scientific analysis to senior leadership ins support of production management
- Experience with cloud operations and experience working system owners and data specialists from technology business units to collect system intelligence when appropriate for access to other data in their data lake
- Experience building web pages for IC, DoD, or Federal government missions
