DESCRIPTION: The Development Program provide Coordinator services to support NSA/CSS development training programs, including cross-training, analysis development, civilian and military continuing education, senior development, and summer programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide services and necessary resources to assist in coordinating training programs
- Create, compile, track, and report correspondence and records related to development program members, requirements, training activities, graduation criteria, and member’s progress
- Disseminate information, address members’ issues, and facilitate communications between analysts, program managers, and participants
- Assist with preparing, scheduling, and advertising briefings/presentations
- Assist with preparing, scheduling, and advertising open forum sessions
- Organize and coordinate opportunities for program participants such as training events, visits, and guest speakers
- Liaise with Service training managers and NSA training representatives
- Document and disseminate information about initiatives, policies, and procedures (ex. training requirements and registration process)
- Perform an initial review of training/funding requests based on Government-provided criteria and prepare documents for Government review
- Collect, consolidate, and validate training requirements and data for training providers to assist in scheduling courses and allocate seats
- Leverage knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community policies to review, evaluate, and recommend updates for training products
- Provide administrative assistance in conducting workshops related to planning and providing effective Cryptologic and Area Studies training
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph
- An active and current government clearance is required to be considered for this work.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (Four (4) additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree)
- At least four (4) year’s experience supporting senior level staff processes and functions.
- Four (4) year’s experience working in the Intelligence Community.
