JOB SUMMARY: CRC has an immediate need for multiple SIGINT Mission Managers - Mission Access Coordinator SMEs in Ft. Gordon, GA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The SME shall provide on-site and real-time operational and technical collaboration to the government to assist in managing the mission
- The SME shall coordinate tasking with customers
- The SE shall use various tools and databases to monitor dataflow; monitor workflow; answers customer's target specific questions; and manage the analytic process and requests
- The SME shall be able to apply geographic information science in support of deployed operations intelligence needs using SIGINT data
- The SME shall display a fundamental knowledge of reporting, data flow, geospatial data, analytical methods, cartography, and visualization
- The SME shall provide mentoring support, develop working aids and training references, and provide the government with input for job qualification standards in the mission management of ground operations
- The SME may work to assist in the implementation of the training certification process as part of the Watch Integration Team (WIT)
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph
- 15 or more years of experience directly related to tactical ground SIGINT operations. The last 7 years must be with NSA and/or another Intelligence Agency or DoD/military component.
- Possess one or more of the following certifications:
- NSA (i.e. OTT) or SCE or industry equivalent Subject Matter Expert (SME) certification or demonstrated experience; or
- Successful completion of SIGINT analysis and reporting course at Goodfellow AFB along with subsequent basic, advanced, and senior leaders courses; or
- Successful completion of the SIGINT Warrant Officer Basic Course.
- HIGHLY DESIRED: Formal Training and/or demonstrated proficiency, in a language, in one (1) of the following languages:
- Arabic – Levantine (AP)
- Arabic – Iraqi (DG)
- Persian Farsi (PF)
- Pashto (PU)
- Persian Dari (PG)
- TECHNOLOGIES: Ground and/or airborne active/passive collection and interrogation methodologies exploiting:
- Global System Mobile (GSM 2G)
- Universal Mobile Telecommunications Systems (UMTS 3G)
- Long Term Evolution (LTE 4G) / Next Generation Mobile
- Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers standard 802.11
- Wireless Fidelity (WiFi)
- Bluetooth™
- NSA fielded cooperative emitters
- Digital Mobile Radio (DMR)
- Push to Talk Radio (PTT)
- Niagara Files (NiFi)
- Digital Receiver Technology (DRT) Alaska software
