JOB SUMMARY: CRC has a need for a Watch Operations Support Specialist in Fort Gordon, GA.
DESCRIPTION: As part of the Global Cryptologic Enterprise, the National Security Agency/Central Security Service Georgia (NSAG) conducts full spectrum Signals Intelligence and Information Assurance operations and enables Cyber Network Operations in order to gain a decisive advantage for the nation and our allies and partners. In order to achieve this goal, NSAG requires services to support the war fighter in executing the mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting and maintaining Watch Operations and Senior Mission Manager Job Qualification Standard (JQS)
- Drafting and maintaining training manuals, SOPs, and working/training job aids
- Conducting one-on-one Watch Operations training sessions
- Drafting certification tests content
- Providing remedial training on areas identified for improvement based upon test results
- Providing briefings on NSA/CSS and extended enterprise missions and their alignment to each location
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph
- Associates degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years’ experience working in the Intelligence Community
