JOB SUMMARY: CRC has an immediate need for a Readiness Assessment Consultant Level 2 in Ft. Meade, Maryland
DESCRIPTION: Candidate provides independent analytic advice and contributes directly to efforts to develop, integrate and continually improve processes associated with the readiness assessment and AMET development, its integration with related business management information, and its integration into existing management and decision-making processes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist P111 participation and utilize the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) as a tool to track issues and observations related to improving the NSA/CSS readiness process and posture.
- Assist P111 maintain and implement the Readiness Assessment (RA) and Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) databases to provide accurate, relevant, and real-time capability-based assessments for the NSA/CSS enterprise.
- Assist P111 NSA/CSS to develop, coordinate, and staff Readiness Assessment documents.
- Assist P111 participation in the biennial Combat Support Agency Review Team (CSAR) assessment and Biennial Review processes to document NSA position on CSART finding and recommendations JFRR.
- Assist P111 NSA/CSS participation in the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Readiness System by collecting, analyzing, and tracking readiness data for the NSA/CSS enterprise and prepare the NSA/CSS submissions of the Joint Forces Readiness Review.
- Assess NSA’s posture to support real-world, non-steady state CCMD intelligence priorities JCCA.
- Assess NSA’s posture to support real-world, steady state CCMD intelligence priorities DRRS
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph
- Eight (8) or more years of experience in assessment and/or analysis processes. The years of experience shall include at least four (4) years of combined experience demonstrating a broad representation of the following; SIGINT operations, CYBER, DoD Readiness; Capabilities and requirements analysis; Data architecture analysis; Process definition, and process improvement; Facilitation and decision analysis; Proficient with MS Office Suite; Strategic and business planning.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree is required; a Graduate or higher degree will be accepted in lieu of two (2) years of overall; OR a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Business related field, Program Management, or Systems Engineering will be accepted in lieu of two (2) years of overall experience. The Graduate or higher degree OR Bachelor’s degree or higher in identified Business fields cannot be considered together for more than two (2) years of overall experience.
