JOB SUMMARY: CRC has a need for a Communications Support Specialist in Fort Gordon, GA.
DESCRIPTION: As part of the Global Cryptologic Enterprise, the National Security Agency/Central Security Service Georgia (NSAG) conducts full spectrum Signals Intelligence and Information Assurance operations and enables Cyber Network Operations in order to gain a decisive advantage for the nation and our allies and partners. In order to achieve this goal, NSAG requires services to support the war fighter in executing the mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and update email alias distribution lists
- Construct and maintain the content and information displayed within Government webpages as directed by the Government. This includes document control within a web-based content management system (e.g. SharePoint), Corporate Communications on NSANet, and the design and layout of organizational web pages to ensure all related resources are available on the web site. Identify and repair broken links.
- Provide monthly training status reports to the government and draft noncompliance notifications based on information obtained from databases such as GATEKEEPER
- Maintain and publish rosters after Government approval
- Draft, edit and publish materials for corporate-level briefings, narratives, and publications such as the Readiness Assessment, IG Quarterly Intelligence Oversight Report, Newcomer Briefings, weekly reports, and monthly newsletters.
- Track and maintain organizational accomplishments for inclusion in writeups for the Travis Trophy.
- Provide support for briefings including reserving conference rooms/VTCs, preparing slide decks, completing meeting minutes, and providing read-ahead packages to attendees.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for customer approval and communicate information to the workforce
- Gather information pertaining to incidents and draft the incident report
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph
- Associates degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years’ experience working in the Intelligence Community
- Meet level 2 requirements for MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
