JOB SUMMARY: CRC has a need for a Sr. SIGINT Instructor/Trainer in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
DESCRIPTION: Candidate shall provide instruction, instructional assistance, and appropriate scenario development support for intelligence personnel, teams and units in support of SIGINT. Candidate shall deliver subject matter expertise for the development and revision of SIGINT TSPs, exercise scenario development, and collective training OC/Ts. Candidate shall be familiar with integrating multimedia course instructional methods and be prepared to facilitate training in large and small group settings. Course delivery will use a variety of instructional environments to include classroom, mobile training team (requires travel to external customer/military sites), video-teleconference, virtual and computer-based training, team teaching and collective active learning environments. Candidate shall provide support to the execution and maintaining of the Digital SIGINT Training System (DSTS) in support of collective training events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide instruction, instructional assistance, and appropriate scenario development support for intelligence personnel, teams and units in support of SIGINT.
- Provide SMEs for the development and revision of SIGINT TSPs and familiarization and sustainment training to including Individual to collective training materials and scenarios.
- A minimum of 15 years as an ARMY MOS 35P or 35N or other service equivalent.
- Current TS/SCI clearance with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificates to operate on NSAnet databases.
- Current Oversight training (VUport classes OVSC1000, 1100 and 1800), Intelligence Oversight Officer training (VUport training TOOL1200 and OVSC 2201), Trusted Agent Training (Receive training and certification from a
current Trusted Agent) and Unit Auditor Training (VUport training OVSC3101). - Working knowledge of the SIGINT Enterprise and NGA.
- Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e., NGA College, NSA ADET, etc). is preferred.
