JOB SUMMARY: CRC is seeking a Intelligence Technician (Executive Suite Intel Task Management for our USCYBERCOM customer at Fort Meade, MD.
DESCRIPTION: Candidate will provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities.
What You’ll Do:
As an Intelligence Technician you perform activities include, but are not limited to,
- Building, and maintaining databases; monitor intelligence; assists with administration and management of RFIs; produces metrics; provides cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, system-high to -low transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. and Allied / Partner systems.
- Produces metrics, graphics, and briefings as required to support production management and mission management functions.
- Provides administrative operations support to the Directorate of Intelligence to include being the primary person responsible for providing all administrative support to the AJ2-Cyber
- Provides administrative support in coordinating and scheduling senior level video teleconference meetings, manage all J2-lead conferences (to include Town Halls, Off Sites, etc.), securing spaces for appropriate conference rooms (to include control and de-confliction of J2 “owned” conference rooms), and the dissemination of documents for executive daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
- Works closely with the USCYBERCOM J2 Front Office Staff through daily coordination and de-confliction to ensure all administrative responsibilities are understood and carried out as directed.
- Provides office management and administrative operations support to the Director of Intelligence.
- Provides additional administrative support to Govt personnel by creating and maintaining Command wide organization and staffing charts.
- Manages the ordering of supplies, coordination, and facilitation of monthly J2 Orientation for new employees to USCYBERCOM J2 and scheduling meetings.
- Produces Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command wide programs and initiatives as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience performing duties as a Task Manager for the DoD, intelligence community, 6 years of experience supporting the IC, including 2 years of leadership experience (e.g., PL, TL, GL, or external equivalent)
- Must have a current Top-Secret SCI - CI/Poly clearance from DoD
- Bachelor’s degree, Master preferred
- Knowledge of Intelligence operations and mission centers/ programs with the ability to make connections across work programs, team members and other agencies.
- Demonstrated desire to work with and mentor staff and to serve in a management role
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, diplomacy, tact, and be able to work with both the staff and internal/external sponsors
- Experience accessing numerous open and classified networks
- Experienced with all MS Suites.

COMPENSATION

Base salaries at CRC are determined by various factors, including work location, an individual’s education, knowledge, skills, experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of CRC’s total compensation package.
