JOB SUMMARY: CRC has an immediate need for a Technical Support Technician to support our customer in Fort Gordon, Georgia.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides labor for the physical and logistical efforts in non-technical tasks required for hardware and other electronic equipment.
- Follows all proper processes of equipment classification sanitization.
- Stages, organizes, performs labor on, and moves hardware. Conducts equipment surveys and inventories.
- Assists in the dismantling, sorting of components, and disposal of retired equipment.
- Provides assistance in maintaining material accounting and process related records to assure 100% accountability for items processed.
- Provides assistance to the logistical services in processing of equipment and tracking equipment statuses and history in Agency databases.
- Provides assistance for hardware disposal.
- Top Secret security clearance with SCI access and FS or CI Polygraph in place at time of hire
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience providing technical support to users of company's personal computers
- Experience pulling cables and installing PC's
- Should have 2 or more of the following - End User Framework Service Delivery, Land Mobile Radio Service, Video Teleconference Service, Hardware Desktop Break Fix, Desktop Phone, Thin Client Break Fix, Time and Frequency Distribution, Cell Phone - Unclass Break Fix, Access Control, 24 X 7
