JOB SUMMARY: CRC has a need for an Expert FMV/Imagery Analyst Level 1 in Fort Bragg, NC.

DESCRIPTION: USSOCOM seeks contractor services to provide comprehensive, actionable intelligence services to USSOCOM element and subordinate commands. The primary task of JGASS Analysts will be focused on conducting Full Motion Video (FMV) PED and Imagery (IA)/Geospatial Analysis (GA) from air, space, ground, and maritime Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) assets.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform advanced level imagery analysis, imagery product production, intelligence systems architecture and evaluation of procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or methodologies used to develop complex solutions to requirements.
  • Produce extremely detailed analytical products to build Patterns of Life (PoL) and target descriptions.
  • Conduct order of battle analysis, Activity Based Intelligence (ABI), Battle Damage Assessment (BDA), and employing traditional Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) tradecraft.
  • Perform traditional PED on electro-optical, infrared, radar motion and still frame imagery. 
  • Shall have operational and tactical level intelligence experience to include general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems.
  • Shall have briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
  • Shall be proficient in utilizing computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Perform at a highly proficient level on core Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) analysis and Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation with recent, hands on experience.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation 
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with operational and tactical level intelligence experience to include general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems with demonstrated experience effectively managing intelligence teams.
  • Minimum 6 years hands-on IMINT and/or FMV analysis and production experience out of the last 8 years.
  • Expected to fully comprehend the duties of and potentially deploy as an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC).
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively work, individually or as a member of a team, and take the lead on select tasks as required.
  • Must attend Government provided training on the duties, responsibilities and TTPs of an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC).
  • Must be able to serve as an ITC.
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute without looking at the keyboard. The Government reserves the right to test typing skills during the SV process.
