JOB SUMMARY: CRC has an immediate need for a Queue Coordinator Level 1 to support our customer in Annapolis Junction, MD.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and support ticket workflows
- Task tickets that we receive from another contract provider's , route, assign and drive work to resolution with SLA attainment
- Review, assign, reconcile and support the management of tickets throughout their lifecycle
- Drive work to resolution adhering to all client driven ticket handles rules and Service Level Agreements
- Mange all queues to support a global workforce
- Top Secret security clearance with SCI access and CI polygraph (FS Polygraph preferred)
- Shift position required (1200 - 2000)
- High school/GED and a minimum of four (4) years of experience, Associate’s degree and two (2) years of experience
