JOB SUMMARY: CRC seeks qualified Imagery Analyst Journeyman to serve our NGA customer in Springfield, Virginia. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide services to include researching the NES and other appropriate databases for amplifying information, producing standard NGA imagery analysis products, and effectively collaborating with other NGA and IC analysts during the collection, research, analysis, and product generation processes.
  • Provide imagery analysis against targets utilizing a variety of platforms and will include locating, identifying, characterizing, and monitoring strategic operational and tactical facilities.  These contract services will also support the creation of a variety of GEOINT media and collateral imagery products such as data sets, ground truth, and briefing materials supporting various geospatial research projects.
  • Provide services supporting the identification of technology gaps in capabilities and processes, and support the insertion of new imagery related technology into operational environment. In addition, the contractor will be required to use a multi-INT approach towards finding, cataloging, and assessing nuclear and radiological-associated facilities in regions where terrorists pose the greatest threat.
  • Perform quality control on analytical products, provide collaboration with the NGA workforce on leading edge imagery analysis technologies, and provide expert advice on technical matters related to imagery information.
  • Serve as nuclear and radiological SME Imagery Analysts, producing intelligence on counter-proliferation issues.  The primary products produced will be summary-type reports, detailed mission graphics, database remarks, ad hoc reports and daily briefings.   
  • Utilize various NGA and IC databases. NGA uses a variety of imagery analysis formats and databases to accomplish its mission.  The NES and Intelink databases are key components for this service.  NGA regularly works with NTM, air breather, and civil/commercial sensors providing hardcopy and softcopy imagery.  Manual light tables and electronic light tables are regularly used.  Standard NGA reports include NES remarks, NIBs, and IRs in formats provided by NGA.
  • Provide imagery analysis services in the form of datasets and visualization products that result in the creation of 6-9 standard, coordinated NGA intelligence reports per year, including but not limited to reports such as NIBs, FLs, and IRs. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide imagery analysis services that result in the creation of 20-25 standard, non-coordinated products per year, predominantly NES baseline reports, but also including a lesser number of similar products such as NES remarks, etc.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance, CI Poly preferred (Candidate must pass CI Poly) 
  • Position Requirement 1: At least 3 years of relevant imagery analysis experience. Knowledge of both soft copy exploitation and multi-spectral exploitation functionalities.
  • Position Requirement 2: In-depth knowledge of the following systems and software programs: REMOTEVIEW, IEC, NES, and common office software to include PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Position Requirement 3 (Desired): Ability to work in a very dynamic and demanding work environment.
  • Position Requirement 4 (Desired): Ability to brief senior staff officers to affect decisions.
  • Position Requirement 5 (Desired): Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as a team member and provide guidance to NGA analysts to build effective customer relationships
  • Position Requirement 6 (Desired): Ability to work independently with minimal or no oversight.
  • Position Requirement 7: Years of Experience: 3 to 10 (Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the support services may count for up to four years of this experience)
