JOB SUMMARY: CRC has an immediate need for an IT Technician Tier 2 to support our customer in San Antonio, TX to perform Remote Monitoring of the customers IT environment to include network, network, LMR, VIOP, and Video support devices.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help coordinate with IT service providers and communicate outages and plans for recovery
- Monitor the enterprise for the services within scope of our contract leveraging tools and best practices
- Alert and coordinate issues prior to the end-user experiencing issues
- Provide Tier 2 Technical Support to our end-user support technicians out in the field that may need remote expertise
- Familiar with this client's networks and ability to determine any anomalies
- Top Secret security clearance with SCI access and FS polygraph
- PRIVAC Systems 1 Certification Required
- 8570 Security + Certification Required
- High school/GED and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience, Associate’s degree and five (5) years of experience, Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience
