JOB SUMMARY: CRC seeks qualified Geospatial Analytic Methodologist to serve our NGA customer in Springfield, Virginia. Collectively, the incumbent will support applying and integrating new open source, commercial, or government developed capabilities, data sources, and methodologies to support intelligence questions and priorities as communicated by the Government.

- Rapidly demonstrating the mission opportunities for automating major portions of NGA and NSG analyst workflows by integrating and applying cutting edge technologies (e.g., computer vision, machine learning, artificial intelligence) in support of mission challenges
- Rapidly demonstrating the utility of non-traditional data sources against NGA and NSG mission challenges, including NGA/Analysis intelligence questions and NGA/Source data production needs
- Engaging collaboratively as a member of an integrated government, military and contractor team
- Adaptability for working in a dynamic, fast pace, team environment supporting critical GEOINT modernization or operational support activities
- Managing multiple-time constrained projects while notionally performing in 2-3 week analytic sprints
- Demonstrating the blending and integration of emerging technology with the range of necessary analytic tradecraft and data scientist skillsets to quickly answer mission challenges, rapidly pivot across topics, and deliver comprehensive results without the need to reach outside the team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (All requirements must be met for consideration):
- Active TS/SCI clearance (NGA sponsored CI Poly desired), Candidate must pass CI Poly
- Minimum 10 years’ experience working with non-traditional geospatial data sources
- Demonstrated experience working with OSINT/unclassified data sources to answer intelligence questions/products.
- Familiarity with integrating big data principles into intelligence collection and processing
- Familiarity with harvesting open source and volunteered geospatial information, to include the modeling of data confidence levels
- Experience in creating shapefiles, geodatabases, and features
- Knowledgeable in cartographic finishing techniques
- Demonstrated ability to export data in multiple formats, predominantly standard MILSPEC as well as shapefiles
- Knowledge of generalization rules
- Demonstrated ability to use imagery for the purposes of nautical chart compilation
- Experience with combining digital cartography, computer technology, GIS, cartographic and geospatial production techniques, remote sensing, photogrammetry, and digital data formats..
