JOB SUMMARY: CRC has a need for a Senior Intelligence Analyst to serve our SOUTHCOM customer in Miami, Florida

DESCRIPTION: Candidate serves as the senior subject matter expert intelligence analyst on counter threat networks and threat network enablers in or connected to the USSOUTHCOM AOR. Responsible for network illumination and analysis of threats connected to terrorist networks, threat financial network enablers, violent extremist organizations (VEO), foreign terrorist fighters, terrorist /extremist exploitation of special interest alien networks and weapons of mass destruction and their operations in order to provide a measured, well-informed, and timely response to various threats. Work in conjunction with DoD operations and planners to support CONOPS, OPLANS and other military operations which support the Commander’s Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide all source intelligence analysis of terrorist networks, threat finance networks, violent extremist organizations and extremist/terrorist exploitation of special interest alien networks/routes order to provide a measured, well-informed, and timely response to various threats.
  • Conduct multi-source and multi-INT analysis for counterterrorism, counter-cyber terrorism, counter-weapons of mass destruction, counter threat finance on a daily basis and provide a status of research conducted via verbal means, email, or in written/graphic product form.
  • Prepare campaign and mission analysis briefings and annexes, targeting products, extremist and regional counterterrorism network Nodal Analysis and network illumination using an array of analytical tool suites.
  • Prepare analytical summary reports of extremist networks/individuals, transregional and regional threat network enablers and political and military activities.
  • Provide daily  intelligence analysis related to counter-terrorism, HUMINT, SIGINT, global counterterrorism network issues, external state actors, transregional and regional threat network enablers and political and military activities as they apply to the USSOUTHCOM AOR, and targeting.
  • Perform Counter Terrorism analysis related to threat awareness, force protection, Indications and Warnings (I&W), mission planning, target development, damage assessment, and counterterrorism in the AOR.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • TS/SCI security clearance and ability to pass a Counterintelligence polygraph 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields of study: Business Management, National Security, Homeland Security, or a National Defense related field.
  • Command and General Staff College or Service Equivalent; Warrant Officer Staff College or Equivalent PME.
  • At least 10 years of experience supporting military intelligence missions
  • At least 8 years of experience as a senior counter terrorism analyst
  • At least 5 years in intelligence analysis directly supporting missions in the USSOUTHCOM area
    of responsibility
  • At least 3 years of experience as an intelligence analyst supporting to intelligence community and
    policy development terrorism exploitation of illegal migration into the Homeland
  • At least 3 years support to counter terrorism law enforcement investigations to include intelligence production and support to DoD, Intelligence Community, and intelligence driven case support to Law Enforcement stakeholders
  • Experience managing teams of similar size and scope
  • Experience with Analyst Notebook, Palantir, Voltron, Proton, SOFEX, Qlix, TIDE and other network analysis tools
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master’s Degree in any of the following fields of study: Management, National Security, Homeland Security, or a National Defense related field.
  • Completion of Army/Navy/Air Force War College/Joint Forces Staff College/Warrant Officer Staff College or Equivalent PME.
  • At least 15 years of experience supporting military intelligence missions
  • At least 10 years of experience as a senior counter terrorism analyst
  • At least 8 years in intelligence analysis directly supporting missions in the USSOUTHCOM area of responsibility
  • At least 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst support to intelligence community and policy development regarding Special Interest Alien/Violent Extremist Organization/terrorism exploitation of illegal migration into the Homeland
  • At least 5 years support to counter terrorism law enforcement investigations to include intelligence production and support to DoD, Intelligence Community, and intelligence driven case support to Law Enforcement stakeholders
  • Experience managing teams of similar size and scope
  • Experience with Analyst Notebook, Palantir, Voltron, JIDO AtN Tool Suite, Proton, SOFEX,Qlix, TIDE and other network analysis tools
