JOB SUMMARY: CRC is in need of multiple Fusion Analysts for immediate start. As an Fusion Analyst you will be responsible for intelligence analytic production, responsible for maintaining common situational/battlespace awareness of ground order of battle, CIP/COP, inputs to JIPOE. Incorporate intelligence reporting from across the INTs and provide evaluation, feedback, and inputs to collection requirements for refining and honing intelligence collection to address current gaps. Research, draft, coordinate, publish predictive finished all source analysis products on foreign military capabilities, order of battle, and I&W to inform senior government leadership and drive operations. Covers topics including ground domain, military capabilities, C4ISREW, strategic analysis, competition. Collaborate across theater service components and INDOPACOM J2 to ensure USARPAC and theater requirements and priorities are communicated and met.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph
- 5+ years of experience in participating in all-source operational environments, mission management, or collection management as a trained Army 35F or branch equivalent
- Experience with intelligence writing and ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards
- Experience with INDOPACOM intelligence problem sets, especially working with East Asian nations order of battle and ground domain awareness
- Ability to provide shift work support
- HS diploma or GED and 9 years of total work experience, Associate’s Degree and 7 years of total work experience, or Bachelor's or Master's degree and 5 years of total work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience at a Combatant Command or Service Center
- Experience working in or coordinating with operational intelligence centers
- Experience with Ground Domain Multi-INT Fusion products in support of pattern-of-life analysis, identify intelligence gaps, and/or targeting
- Experience with intelligence software, such as Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, or other relevant tools
- Experience working with multiple intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, or OSINT, and associated data and tools
- Possession of excellent organizational skills, including updating tracking mechanisms, compiling analytic reports, and responding to tasks
- Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA) Certification
