JOB SUMMARY: CRC has an immediate need for a Subject Matter Expert Level I in Fort Meade, Maryland.
DESCRIPTION:
The contractor shall support the USCYBERCOM Theatre Security office by providing administration, manpower management, personnel operations, recruitment actions, retentions and reserve force management.
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Provide support to a partnership development division.
- Maintain responsibility for engagement activities, including supporting the development of strategic partnerships with various domestic and international governmental entities or organizations and conduct tasks associated with planning, coordinating, and preparing USCYBERCOM for meetings, conferences, and visits with allies services, agencies, CCMDs, and other parties, including visit coordination, logistics, and Command information packages.
- Assist with international affairs activities, including compiling and coordinating approval packages for international agreements, planning, supporting, and assessing security cooperation activities, and organizing and supporting international engagements.
- Ensure all USCYBERCOM international affairs activities follow DoD international agreements and security cooperation processes.
- Top Secret security clearance with CI Polygraph in place (no exceptions)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting DoD international or domestic affairs activities
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline in the area of expertise from an accredited college or university
- Experience in supporting DoD operations, strategy, policy, or planning with Service, Joint, non–DoD organizations, or foreign nations
- Experience with strategic or operational partnerships in support of military service elements, Joint commands, DoD agencies, non DoD organizations, or foreign nations
- Experience with working in military service or Joint staff, including supporting senior military and civilians
- Knowledge of military processes, methodologies, and orders
USCYBERCOM SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Clear Resolution Consulting, LLC provides Intelligence Analysis, Business Management, Cyber Operations, Special Operations and Information Technology Consulting Services to the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC) and other Federal Agencies.- Possess a current TS security determination
- Possess a Sensitive Compartmented Information determination reflected in the JPAS
- Possess a CI Polygraph current within 7 years
- Have undergone an SSBI or SSBI-PR within the last 5 years that was favorably adjudicated
- Have no break greater than 24 months in military service, federal civilian employment, or access to classified information under the Industrial Security Program
