RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work independently and with a team to determine the Client’s data goals and design data solutions to meet or exceed those goals.
- Provide experience and detailed knowledge of system engineering standards practices, and disciplines.- Provides comprehensive definition of all aspects of system development from analysis of mission needs to verification of system performance.
- Manage all aspects of database development to include concept, design, fabrication, testing, implementation, and maintenance and provides timelines and sets milestones.
- Provides expertise in data analytics, programming, data visualization, and system integration to provide data solutions.
- Develops and applies advanced methods, theories, and research techniques to develop a solution.
- Keeps Client informed on all aspects of a project to include providing oral and written reports.
- Works in partnership with Client’s Managed Attribution (MA) provider and other Client sources of data to develop data solutions to meet Client evolving needs.
- Provide technical guidance for database development and software development.
- Conduct moderately complex analytic designs, developments, testing, and debugging of computer software and specific developmental tools built internally.
- Provide input to office Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide weekly activity reports as necessary.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Active TS/SCI (w/CI Poly preferred)
- BA in computer science or other related field and 10+ years of experience.
- Experience with common data science toolkits such as Apache Hadoop, Statistical Analysis Systems (SAS) and Tableau.
- Experience with programming language such as Python, R, Perl C++, and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization technologies such as Tableau, PowerBI, QlikSense, Grafana or Kibana.
