JOB SUMMARY: CRC has an immediate need for a Senior Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) Analyst to assist the DIA Intelligence Integration Center's staff in analytical process assessments with the goal of improving the quality, timeliness, and availability of intelligence products supporting DoD policy maker priorities and achieving DIA strategic goals. Analysts will deliver services to 1 of 4 Intelligence Integration Centers: Middle East/Africa Regional Center (MARC); Europe/Eurasia Regional Center (EERC); Asia Pacific regional Center (APRC); Americas Regional Center (AMRC)
DESCRIPTION: The MIDB Analyst assists government in providing functional oversight for DIA’s C4I Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) collection management; and provides intelligence support to national level policy makers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide foundational/operational C4I and telecommunications intelligence support to assist the Government in providing functional oversight for DIA’s C4I/ MIDB management.
- Expand current MIDB data records to reflect the world’s telecommunications and C4I installations and facilities; use all source analysis to discover the infrastructure; and create corresponding records within the MIDB.
- Maintain and update existing C4I MIDB records and telecommunications installations, facilities, and networks in compliance with sourcing, analysis, and production standards.
- Perform bulk data uploads and updates of foreign civil telecommunications infrastructure that meets DIA data validation criteria, ICD 203 sourcing criteria, and avoids duplication/overwriting currently stored data.
- Identify new data sets, validate the quality and reliability of the data set, format the data set for bulk load, and bulk load the information into MIDB via the Ground Motion Prediction Equations (GMPE) tool.
- Update records in accordance with the validation requirements for location, function, subordination, and operational status of the facility.
- Populate the intelligence database with network information that meets requirements and DIA data validation criteria for location, function, subordination, and operational status.
- Ensure communication pathways are properly connected to endpoints.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph
- Master's Degree and 10+ years intel analysis experience, or 3-4 years of Military experience, or equivalent intel/academic experience
- 2 years supporting data discovery, MIDB records required
- C4I analytic experience is highly desired
